How do I become a Local Hub Trainer?
If you are ambitious and want to establish yourself as a Pahuyuth trainer, you can also achieve this through our Local Hub Program.
At Pahuyuth we practice learning by teaching at eye level (traditionally called the “principle of flowing water”). We are transferring this model to our digital training and consequently also to our local hubs. This means that those who take knowledge should pass it on to others in order to check and deepen their own knowledge. Through continuous queries and feedback loops, the necessary corrective is created for everyone.

In order to position yourself as a credible trainer for Pahuyuth beginners (yellow belt), you should therefore have at least a qualification as a green belt. In order to teach green belts, you should be a white belt in the respective discipline and so on. Of course, this is just a guide, because in principle, anyone can teach what they know. But we recommend sticking to this guideline so that the quality of education is maintained.
Become a green belt
In order to become a green belt, the following qualifications must be met:
Everything you need to develop these skills can be found in our online program. Through our membership you can also take the exam for the green belt. You can either choose between live exams in Berlin or we will set up a contactless zoom call as soon as you are ready.

Pro tip for beginners
If you are a beginner and want to find out if someone in your area offers a serious Pahuyuth training, then simply ask them about the above learning content for green belt. A green belt can and will explain this to you without any problems. On the other hand, someone who only pretends to know Pahuyuth usually fails at the 30 exercises or at the latest on the subject of safety knowledge. In this way, you can be sure that he or she actually has the necessary qualifications to guide you professionally in your development as a beginner (yellow belt).
