What is a PQS2?

In Pahuyuth PQS2 is a performance qualification standard or performance test of class 2.

Background

Just like PQS0 and PQS1 , PQS1 is a fixed training program with nine exercises of five minutes each and fixed break times. The training focus of the PQS0 is on endurance. Class 2 PQSserve as formal proof of achievement under the Pahuyuth Qualification System.
