In Pahuyuth, defense knowledge refers to the teaching of autodynamic reactions, which are suitable for averting damage.

Background

The third system theory of the LING LOM is also referred to as defense knowledge. The teaching of defense knowledge is based on the model of autodynamics.

What types of defense techniques are there?

In Pahuyuth, defense techniques are distinguished according to their physical mode of action in:

  • Evasion
  • Redirection
  • Blocking

A combination of a defensive technique and a simultaneous attack is called a counter or counter technique.
