What is a PQS1?

In Pahuyuth, PQS1 stands for performance qualification standard or perfomance test class 1.

Background

Like PQS0 and PQS2, the PQS1 is a fixed training program with nine exercises of five minutes each and fixed resting times. The training focus of the PQS0 is on reaction abilities. Class 1 PQS serve as formal performance certificates under the Pahuyuth qualification system.
