What is a Muay Tooen?

Muay Tooen is an ownerless Muay Thai fighter or fighter who does not reveal his origin by boxing pants when participating in sports combat competitions.

Background

Often “Muay Tooen?” also refers to foreign martial artists (see Muay Farang), who only use the lettering “Muay Thai” instead of e.g. “Soh. Sidt Sangwien.” (i.e. sports fighter S. student of Ajan Sangwien Hiranleka).
