COVID-19 – a teacher / healer recommends – Part 1

As a so-called healer, I make the following recommendations:
- I recommend inhaling warm, dry air once a day for about five minutes (e.g. heating air or similar).
- I recommend regular intake of natural vitamin C (e.g. oranges, limes, etc.).
- I recommend putting peels of oranges and/or limes on the heater.
- I strongly recommend taking garlic or garlic oil more often. (e.g. crabs pickled in oil and garlic).
The reason for my recommendations
In the understanding of the traditional Free-Warrior Medicine, viruses only survive under certain conditions outside a host body. Dry heat is one of the inhibitory factors, while vitamin C supports the immune system. Garlic and oil, in turn, help to expand the vessels (capillary vessels of the pulmonary vesicles) and prevent their hardening.
