SARS-CoV-2 aka Corona is a virus, i.e. an RNA (ribonucleic acid) in a protein envelope (capsid). Viruses can only multiply within suitable host cells (intracellular). In this sense, SARS-CoV-2 uses our bodies to mutate or as a breeding ground (a protected space for further development).
SARS-CoV-2 can generally enter our body through body orifices. Depending on the route it takes, different effects or symptoms can occur.
Respiratory tract: In the respiratory system (lungs), SARS-CoV-2 clogs the alveoli (responsible for oxygen uptake, a kind of sponge). This causes breathing problems and the formation of mucus in the lungs. The consequences include chronic coughing.
Digestive system: In the digestive organs (mouth to anus) SARS-CoV-2 decomposes and impairs the digestive function. In unfavourable cases, i.e. with internal injuries (e.g. wounds or burst capillaries) SARS-CoV-2 can enter the body’s internal organs as a foreign body. Thereupon the body’s own self-healing function is started with simulated body temperature (fever reaction, as well as pus formation at the site of inflammation).
Body orifices/mucosae: SARS-CoV-2 can enter the bloodstream through the eyes, ears, genitals, but especially through wounds or scratched skin areas. In this case, the infestation takes place directly at the blood cells or spreads throughout the body via the cardiovascular system. The body’s own reaction is similar to an incorrect diet and can lead to various diseases.
SARS-CoV-2 is only one of many threats that can enter our bodies during our lifetime and have positive and/or negative effects. What we actually need to overcome this challenge to our immune system is in many cases already created by the body’s natural immune or self-healing function. This is able to get to know the virus, just like any other virus, and then render it harmless or eliminate it.
From this follows (recommendations)
Relieve the immune system. This means, for example, avoiding stress (including fear or panic) and reducing contact points with SARS-CoV-2 as far as possible. The smaller the amount of pathogens in the body, the easier it is for the immune system to deal with them and develop an immunization.
Support the immune system. Vitamin C and the already mentioned “garlic in oil” recipe can help the immune system at work.
Give the immune system time. Ideally, the healing process should be completed before any further exposure to SARS-CoV-2.
Social life. Act calmly and follow the instructions of the authorities without overdoing it.
Help people. Observe your own living environment and counteract outbreaks of hysteria and panic to the best of your ability and help affected persons.
About this series
With the beginning of the Corona Pandemic, a Pahuyuth teacher/healer started to give general recommendations for care and health maintenance to the students of the Pahuyuth School in Berlin. These recommendations are based on the traditional knowledge and findings of the traditional free warrior medicine. We have decided to share this information with the public free of charge and without obligation to help all those affected by SARS-CoV-2 / COVID-19.
Important note: The above information is only recommendations without guarantee. In no case do they replace professional advice or treatment by trained and recognized doctors or psychologists. The contents listed here cannot and should not be used to independently make diagnoses or begin treatment. The instructions of government and authorities must be followed. The views and recommendations of Freikämpferheilkunde may differ from other doctrines. We recommend to inform yourself comprehensively and to weigh up all available information on the basis of logic and rationality.
In ancient times Pahuyuth free warriors made their living as traveling healers or lived isolated in the wilderness (Ruesi). For their services as natural healers or masseurs they were often given board and lodging. In order to adapt this tradition to the modern, we have set up a Buy me a Coffee Account.
We use the proceeds to make even more content of this kind available to the public, thus preserving the cultural heritage and knowledge of the ancient free warriors for future generations.
The traditional medicine is based partly on the knowledge of body, mind and soul from the Saiyasart, but also on the practical necessity to be able to heal diseases and injuries far away from civilization. The traditional medicine includes the knowledge of healing massage techniques as well as medicinal herbs and medicinal plants. Fragments of this field of knowledge found their way into traditional Thai massage and other natural healing methods.
