What is PQS0?

In Pahuyuth, PQS0 is a performance qualification standard or performance test of class 0.

Background

Like PQS1 and PQS2, the PQS0 is a fixed training program with nine exercises of five minutes each and set resting times. The training focus of the PQS0 is on physical abilities. Class 0 PQS serve as formal performance certificates under the Pahuyuth qualification system.
