What is processed information?

Processed information is second-hand information which may differ from the original information by transmission and interpretation.

Background

Processed information is divided into three types:

  1. Processed information resulting from a translation or a presentation of the actual information (existential information or created information). Examples include images, recordings, quotes, and voice reproductions.
  2. Processed information created by variations and structured designs, which are reconstructed by means of the perception of the actual information (existential information or created information). An example is a landscaped park or a summer garden created by a landscape gardener.
  3. Processed information generated by the simulation of the actual information (existential information or created information) in the form of fantasies, ideas or visions. Examples of this are a stage play or a film.
