What is “I”?

In the Saiyasart the term “I” or “Me” refers to a temporary focus with which one defines oneself.

Background

The definition of the self can refer both to the level of existence (e.g. “I am my body”) and to the level of non-existence (e.g. “I am my psyche”). An associated “I” is called “mine”.
